For my birthday this year, I’m asking for donations to Spreading Sunshine. My goal is to raise $2,100 which would be enough to send “42 Sunshine Boxes.”
Diane and Abby are wonderful women, full of love and big hearts! David, “aka” Sunshine, was the inspiration behind this project when he was unknowingly born and diagnosed with Down syndrome.
Spreading Sunshine mobilizes volunteers to serve families impacted by childhood illness or special needs. They send boxes of “sunshine” to children facing medical challenges. They also prepare and serve meals at Le Bonhuer Children’s Hospital, the FedEx Family House and the Ronald McDonald House.
